小卖部退换说明

30天无条件退换政策(食品及虚拟产品除外)


如果您对收到的商品有任何不满意的地方,请在收到包裹30天内联系客服人员申请无条件退换。

若出现外包装破损、漏发、变质等问题,请您于收货24小时内联系客服人员申请退换。

申请退货时,请将您包裹内的整张订单信息和相关商品的清晰照片发给客服人员。退货产生的费用将会根据实际情况由吃货小卖部或者顾客承担。

请在退货申请批准后的15个工作日内将商品寄回,否则退货申请将会被取消。

客服人员在收到退货包裹后,将会通过邮件通知您并办理退款,需要5-7个工作日显示在您当时付款的银行/PayPal账户上。

对于声明未开封的商品退货,客服将在收到退回包裹后进行核查,一旦确认完好无损将办理退款。


以下情况不予退换


食品类/保健品类/养生品类/鲜活易腐类商品:为保证食品安全,确保食品卫生和完整性,食品类商品如无质量问题不可退换。请顾客在收到此类商品时仔细检查。


生鲜类商品


为保证食品安全和新鲜,吃货小卖部使用Next Day Air派送生鲜类商品,配送地址必须有人签收。如发生错发、漏发、包裹破损、因邮局产生的收货延迟等问题,请于收到发货通知的3天内联系客服,我们将及时为您处理。货源充足的情况下,可要求补发,也可退款。

以下情况不予退换,敬请谅解:未及时签收,收货后未及时冷冻,未及时投诉,无有效证明。


演出、活动门票

所有活动票务出票之后,吃货小卖部概不退换,不为用户个人的门票转卖、置换等行为负责。如果有特殊需求,请在演出、活动之前及时询问客服人员。演出、活动具体安排由该活动主办方负责,吃货小卖部仅作为票务合作方。


Chihuo Store Returns & Refunds

 

30 Days Return Policy (except for food and virtual goods)

 

If you have any questions with the purchased products, please contact our customer service and request to return the product(s)  within the 30 days allowed return period.

If you receive product(s) that is damaged, missing, expired, defective or have quality issue, please contact our customer service for return within 24 hours of delivery.

During the return process, please send the detailed order information and the photos of products to our customer service. The returning fees will be charged by customers or Chihuo Store based on specific circumstances.

If you do not ship your returns within 15 business days after the return application approval, your return application will be cancelled.

Customer Service will send refund request by emails to you once we receive your returned packages. The transaction process takes 5-7 business days to transfer to your bank account or Paypal.

For returning products that are claimed as unopened or new condition, our customer service will check the returned packages once we receive them. Refund service will only be available for unopened and new condition products.  

 

The following conditions are not eligible for return:

Due to the safety of our customers, consumable product such as food, snacks, dry goods, health supplements, fresh produce, and prepared goods are not eligible for return. Please check your products carefully after you receive them.

 

Fresh Produce

In order to ensure the safety and freshness, Chihuo Store will uses Next Day Air to deliver fresh produce, and signature is required for delivery address. Products that are missend, damaged, modified, or is delayed due to the post office, please contact our customer service within 3 days of shipment notification. We will resolve it for you as soon as possible. In case of sufficient supply, you can request a replacement or a refund.

 

Events / Show Tickets

After all the event tickets are issued, Chihuo Store is a ticketing service platform that will not be responsible for tickets return or exchange, and not responsible for user’s personal resale, exchange, or other activities. If you have special requests, please inform customer service before the events and shows. Sponsors will be responsible for the specific activities.
