配送资费


美国48个州:

1. Ground Shipping $5.99,最终价满$49包邮。

2. UPS Next Day Air $25.99,一般适用于生鲜类产品。


阿拉斯加/夏威夷:UPS ALASKA/HAWAII $29.99 (限重30磅以下)

邮寄说明



1、使用UPS Next Day Air $25.99;请下订单时务必正确填写邮寄地址和收件人信息;

2、周一至周四发货,如遇法定节假日发货时间将自动顺延;

3、请留意包裹送货时需要签收! 商品通常会在发货后的次日上午10:00-12:00送达,我们在发货后会系统将自动发送带有发货运单号邮件。

4、为确保您收到食品的新鲜度, 您的订单可能会由于个别地区美国邮政无法提供次日送达服务而取消,请见谅。

5、为保证生鲜产品质量,同一订单内其他零食将分单使用UPS GROUND SHIPPING 寄出。

6、本品有腥味,介意者慎选,海鲜过敏者慎买!


生鲜产品退换政策



1、如发生错发、漏发、包裹破损、因邮局产生的收货延迟等问题,请于收到发货通知的3个工作日内联系小部长,我们将及时为您处理。

2、货源充足的情况下,可要求补发,也可退款。

3、产品是生鲜食品,以下情况不予退换,敬请谅解:

■未及时签收 ■收货后未冷藏 ■未及时投诉 ■无有效证明

4、由于个人地址信息填写有误而导致UPS 包裹退回,将无法退款或重新补齐运费按原包裹寄出。


订单处理


吃货小卖部的订单派送工作日为周一至周五(节假日除外),通常需要1到2个工作日处理并发送订单。在订单高峰期,我们可能需要额外时间处理订单。


吃货小卖部将会通过第三方物流公司(UPS或USPS)把产品送到您指定的送货地址。


请清楚准确地填写真实姓名、送货地址、联系方式。


如购买生鲜类产品,为保证食品安全和新鲜,吃货小卖部使用Next Day Air派送,配送地址必须有人签收。


因如下情况造成订单延迟或无法配送等情况,小卖部无法承担迟延配送的责任,敬请谅解:


1.客户提供错误信息和不详细的地址;

2.货物送达无人签收,由此造成的重复配送所产生的费用及相关的后果;

3.物流承运方(UPS或USPS)造成的延期配送、货物遗失等情况;

4.不可抗力,例如:自然灾害、交通戒严、突发战争等。

5.由于个人地址信息填写有误而导致UPS 包裹退回,将无法退款或重新补齐运费按原包裹寄出。



缺货处理


如果您的订单中有产品缺货,吃货小卖部可能会暂时取消订单,或取消订单中缺货的产品。客服人员将联系您确认细节并退还差价。



核实信息


请在确认订单时核对您的资料:姓名,收货地址(邮编,城市),账单地址,联系方式等。如果您的订单信息有误,将耽误您的订单处理进度。如有问题请及时与客服联系。


如在订单发货前修改地址,吃货小卖部不会收取额外费用帮您修改地址;如在订单派送过程中更改收货地址,吃货小卖部可以帮助修改,但请注意物流承运方(UPS或USPS)会收取$12-$15修改费用。


如发生地址填写错误、物流承运方无法联系收货人、收货人拒收包裹等情况,吃货小卖部将在收到退回的包裹后进行退款处理,被退回包裹不能被重新邮寄。如希望重新邮寄,需要在吃货小卖部重新下单。



追踪订单


订单通过物流承运方发出后,您将收到含有追踪信息(tracking ID)的提醒邮件。如有问题请及时与客服联系。



特别说明


吃货小卖部无法向P.O. box 和 A.P.O. box 地址发货,敬请谅解;

邮寄重量最高的配额为30磅,如订单超过30磅,吃货小卖部有权取消订单或收取额外邮寄费用,客服人员将联系您确认细节。


Chihuo Store Shipping Policies

 

Shipping Fees (48 states in U.S.)

  1. Ground Shipping is $5.99 per order, free shipping over $49.

  2. UPS Next Day Air $25.99, mostly for fresh produce.

  3. Alaska / Hawaii: UPS ALASKA/HAWAII $29.99 (under 30lbs)

Please confirm the shipping method when you purchase the products.

 

Shipping Instructions:

  1. Please use UPS Next Day Air $25.99. Be sure to fill the mailing address and recipient information correctly before placing the order.

  2. Monday through Thursday Delivery. Holiday delivery may delayed.

  3. Signature required for packages. Packages will be delivered from 10am to 12pm the next day after delivery.

  4. In order to ensure the freshness of food, your order may be cancelled due to the inability of the US Postal Service to provide the next day delivery service.

  5. In order to ensure the quality of fresh produce, other products in the same order will be sent out separately by UPS Ground Shipping.

  6. The products has astringent taste. May cause seafood allergy impact. Please read the instructions and ingredients carefully before you place the order.

 

Fresh Produce Return Policy

  1. If products are missed, damaged, expired, defective or have quality issue due to the Post Office, please contact Chihuo customer service within 3 business days of shipment notification.

  2. If the supply is sufficient, you may request a replacement or a refund.

  3. Fresh Produce will not accept returns under conditions listed below:

-Not signed in time

-Not refrigerated after received

-Not contact customer service in time

-No valid proof

  1. If the UPS package is returned due to incorrect personal address information, it will not be refunded or refilled or you have to pay the shipping cost and the original package will be sent out again.

 

Order Instructions:

Orders will be process during Monday to Friday (excluding Holidays). It takes 1-2 business days to process and send orders. During the periods of higher demand, we may need extra time to process orders.

Chihuo Store will send the products to your designated address via UPS or USPS.

Please fill in your real name, shipping address, and contact information accurately.

If you purchase fresh produce, in order to ensure food safety and freshness, Chihuo Store will use Next Day Air for delivery, signature required.

Chihuo Store will not be responsible for delivery delays or cancellation due to the following circumstances:

  1. Wrong information and insufficient address provided by customers.

  2. The delivery of products is not signed, occasional delays in processing time or Cancellation of order may occur when an item purchased is on backorder or it is out of stock.

  3. Delivery delays or items lost due to UPS or USPS.

  4. Delivery delays due to weather, traffic, wars, and/or carrier complications.

  5. If the UPS package is returned due to incorrect personal address information, it will not be refunded or refilled or you have to pay the shipping cost and the original package will be sent out again.

 

Item Availability

Chihuo Store may cancel your order, or part of your order, if the item(s) is out of stock and no longer available. You will receive an email if your complete order is canceled due to the out of stock item(s). In the situation that part of your order is out of stock, Chihuo Store will remove the out of stock item(s) from your order and will ship the remaining item(s). You will not be charged for out of stock items ordered. Customer Service will contact you to check more detailed information.

 

Verification

When placing your order, please make sure to check your billing information (first name, last name, billing address) and contact information as it appears on your credit card statement. In the event that your information does not match exactly what your credit card has on file, your order will be put on hold, pending verification. Customer Service may have to contact you to update the information.

There is no fee to change your shipping address, if you change your address before the shipping process.

There is an additional $12.00-$15.00 fee will apply to your account by UPS or USPS, if you change your address during the shipping process.

Under the circumstances of insufficient shipping address, phone number, or delivery attempt declined, Chihuo Store will send you a refund request after receive the returned packages and the package cannot be reship again. You must place the order again at Chihuo Store.


Tracking Your Order

You will receive an email notification with tracking ID once the package is shipped by UPS or USPS, If you have any questions, please contact our customer service.


NOTE:

We cannot ship to P.O box and A.P.O. box addresses. Orders will be canceled automatically without a valid street address.

The highest quota of shipping is 30 pounds. If your order is exceed 30 pounds, Chihuo Store has the right to cancel your order or charge extra shipping fees.
